AMOTEC develops:

• Software for PLC, HMI, Robot, Safety, Motion, etc., to control and telecontrol of single productive units, including the automation of production and factory systems, according to IEC 61131-3.
• SCADA software for the supervision of different local and remote systems.
• MES (Manufactoring Execution System) software that allows you to activate real-time monitoring of the entire production cycle, integrating and ensuring communication between the management software already in use by the customer with all the production machines.

Every system, machine or production site is unique in its functionality and implementation, therefore it should be designed and built so as to meet the final Customer’s requirements.

The experience and extensive knowledge of materials, of technical and electrical building techniques which AMOTEC has acquired multi-sector over the years enables the possibility to carry out feasibility analysis and system planning, starting with thorough search of the production cycle and following the most suitable path in order to meet the Customer’s objectives both as far as the industrial product and the economic and financial field are concerned.

AMOTEC deals with planning and realising automation electrical and process cabinets, from the basic one with traditional electromechanics up to the more complex ones existing in the field of automation, realised through the assembly and wiring in conformity with national and international regulations, in addition to the Client’s specific provisions. The monitoring, cross-checks and final test allow the realisation of a certified product in its reliability and functionality.

AMOTEC produces wiring machine-side in final Client’s headquarters everywhere in the world as well. The employment of field industrial buses guarantees autonomous management in breakdown situations, decreases the times of wiring and the use of electrical wires increasing at the same time the riability of the machine or system.
